Events are created when an automation is triggered and reaches a defined stage. Follow the steps below to configuration an automation to create an event:
- Log into Hyperion.
- Select a Location on the Organization page. The Location’s Reports page will be displayed, and the Location’s menu will open on the main navigation bar on the left.
- Click Automations on the left navigation bar, then click an Automation to edit it.
- Click the “Create Event” checkbox on the desired Automation stage, then click Save.
Creating an event requires that the location's Hyperion Gateway be on version 2.5 or higher. See How do I update the Hyperion Gateway at each of my locations? for information on updating the Gateway.
