How do I add audio files to multiple locations at once?

Product Version: 2.7.0 or higher

Audio files can be deployed to multiple locations at once using the Jobs functionality in Hyperion. Follow the steps below to add a new job:

  1. Log into Hyperion at https://hyperion.wrensolutions.com
  2. Click Jobs on the left navigation bar.
  3. Click the Add button.
  4. Use the dropdown under Type and select Add Audio Files. 
  5. Click Run now if you want the job to run immeidately, or click Schedule to schedule the job to run at a specific date and time. 
  6. Enter an option description.
  7. Click Choose files and select the audio files you want to add. Hold ctrl and click to select multiple files at once. 
  8. Select the location groups or specific locations you want to add the files to.
  9. Click Add to finish adding the job.
