The Gateway includes a Connection Test utility that can be used to help diagnose and potentially pinpoint connectivity problems. Follow the steps below to use the Connection Test on the Hyperion Gateway.
- Log into the Gateway as an administrator user.
- Click Gateway Settings, then click the Connection Test button. Click Start Test to begin the connection test.
The Connection Test will test the Gateway’s connection to the local area network, connection to the Internet and connection to Hyperion Cloud. An indication will be displayed if a problem is encountered in any of these areas.
